Day 1: From Empty to Recharged
Stop running on empty—learn how to meet your needs and reconnect with a sense of fullness in your body. Feel your shoulders relax, your breath slow, and space return, allowing you to give from an overflowing well of energy.

Day 2: Releasing Guilt & Embodying Confidence
Let go of mom guilt that resides not just in your mind, but in your body. Through breathwork and emotional release, step into your confidence, trust in yourself as a mother, and rediscover ease.

Day 3: Creating Support & Connection
Learn to ask for support without guilt. Shift out of “parent roles” and reconnect with your partner, creating a balanced dynamic where you no longer carry the weight alone.
