How It Works:
15-18 Sessions Total: Enough time to go deep and see the change you want.
Clients must be 18+
$200 per Session for Individuals & $220 for Couples: One-hour sessions tailored to your growth.
Virtual Sessions Only: Convenient and accessible from anywhere.
Strategies utilized: Relational Life Therapy, Somatic strategies and tools, Somatic breathwork
